Sam has a red cap. The cap is big. Sam ran to the pit. A cat sat in the sun. The cat had a nap. Sam ran up the hill with the cap on. The wind hit the cap. The cap fell in the mud! Sam got the cap. It is not red now. It is a tan cap.

As kids read, LexiFocus quietly notes which sounds and patterns are worth another pass and surfaces them as gentle “skills to revisit” prompts for the next session. It's a practice planner, not a test.

LexiFocus is a practice tool. It is not a screening or evaluative instrument, and it does not identify learning differences. Only a qualified professional can do that.

Adjustable letter and line spacing has real research behind it for reducing visual crowding, so we ship WCAG-conformant spacing presets and make them easy to reach.
Font preference is a preference. We default to Atkinson Hyperlegible because it was built and tested for character disambiguation, and we offer OpenDyslexic because many readers ask for it by name — but we claim no reading gains from either, because the published evidence doesn't support that claim.
Colour themes are comfort options. They are not a therapy, and we won't describe them as one.
LexiFocus is pre-launch. We haven't run our own studies yet, and until we have, we won't claim outcomes. When we do, we'll publish the method alongside the numbers.
